Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him, and make Our abode with him."

Dear Lord and Savior,
I pray my children will understand that genuine LOVE for You requires whole-hearted obedience TO YOU. As they walk in obedience, open their eyes to YOUR LOVE FOR THEM - in Your word and in Your ways. Thank You that You desire to live in their hearts. I pray that You will actively shine through them as they die to self, and live for You.
Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. James 4:8
Dear Lord,
Please give us hearts that long for you! Take away all obstacles that keep us from drawing near, whether it's busyness, pride, passivity, or shame. You want to draw near to me--amazing! May we humbly step forward to receive your love. In Jesus' Name, Amen
