Respite For the Weary
Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him, and make Our abode with him."

Dear Lord and Savior,
I pray my children will understand that genuine LOVE for You requires whole-hearted obedience TO YOU. As they walk in obedience, open their eyes to YOUR LOVE FOR THEM - in Your word and in Your ways. Thank You that You desire to live in their hearts. I pray that You will actively shine through them as they die to self, and live for You.
Only take care, and keep your soul diligently, lest you forget the things that your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life. Make them known to your children and your children's children. Deuteronomy 4:9
Dear Lord,
May our life's ambition be to shout your wondrous works to the world--and most especially to our children. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
