Respite For the Weary

Dear Lord and Savior,
I pray my children will understand that genuine LOVE for You requires whole-hearted obedience TO YOU. As they walk in obedience, open their eyes to YOUR LOVE FOR THEM - in Your word and in Your ways. Thank You that You desire to live in their hearts. I pray that You will actively shine through them as they die to self, and live for You.

Dear Lord God,
If your perfect Son prayed to you, asking for strength and wisdom to do the day, how much more should we? Prompt us to pray! Help us to utilize this extraordinary privilege in experiencing your power. You wait patiently to hear our voice. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
