"And I will give them a heart to know Me, for I am the Lord; and they will be My people, and I will be their God, for they will return to Me with their whole heart."
Jeremiah 24: 7
Dear God of Grace,
I pray that you will give my children a heart to KNOW You. May they hear and receive Your loving words of devotion: "they will be My people and I will be their God." When they wander from Your presence, please chase them down with Your love, I pray; and cause them to return to You with a whole heart.
So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. 2 Timothy 2:22
Dear Lord,
Help us to choose our friends wisely--for your word says: bad company corrupts good morals (1 Cor. 15:33). Please steer us towards people who seek you from a pure heart, ones that pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
