Respite For the Weary
"And I will give them a heart to know Me, for I am the Lord; and they will be My people, and I will be their God, for they will return to Me with their whole heart."
Jeremiah 24: 7
Dear God of Grace,
I pray that you will give my children a heart to KNOW You. May they hear and receive Your loving words of devotion: "they will be My people and I will be their God." When they wander from Your presence, please chase them down with Your love, I pray; and cause them to return to You with a whole heart.
Of this gospel I was made a minister according to the gift of God's grace, which was given me by the working of his power. Ephesians 3:7
Dear Lord,
You have graced us with yourself. May our lives be a "thank you" back to you by the way we live. Make us ministers of the Good News to all "our people." In Jesus' Name, Amen.
