Respite For the Weary
The steadfast of mind Thou wilt keep in perfect peace, because He trusts in Thee. Trust in the Lord forever, for in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock.

Dear God of Peace,
Please help my children to keep their mind steadfastly focused on YOU. Fill them with your perfect peace as they trust in You alone - become the everlasting rock to their souls.
For he has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:13-14

Help us pause and consider the great love you have for us. For you have rescued us from complete darkness within our souls and then gifted us with your glorious light instead--all through Christ Jesus! For this, we humbly praise you! In His Name, Amen.
