Dear Strong God,
Make my children's hearts completely Yours, I pray. And when walking with You, help them to remember that You are by their side, strongly supporting every step.
After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am." He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall show you." Genesis 22:1-2
Dear Lord,
Give us an awareness of your activity in our lives. When times of testing come, may our allegiance to you win out over everything else, realizing that the ultimate outcome is in your hands. May we know in our hearts that your testing gives us an opportunity to point to the greater Kingdom story. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
