Respite For the Weary
And He said to me, "Prophecy over these bones, and say to them, 'O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.'"… so I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they came to life, and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army.

Dear Breath of Life,
I pray for my children when they experience feelings of hopelessness and dismay. Cause them to turn to Your word so that You can "breathe" new life and Your great power into their hearts and minds. May they hear Your word, and obey Your word with a thankful spirit.
Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually! 1 Chronicles 16:11
Dear Lord,
When we are weak, remind us of your strength. When we are confused, remind us of your counsel. When we are sorrowful, remind us of your compassion. Cause us to seek you continually, keeping our hearts and minds are stayed on you. For in you, there is abundance and blessing. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
