Only by Your grace my children are Your chosen people. Remind and convict their hearts that they are not their own - that they belong to you. May they be full of wonder at the miracle which You performed in each of them - drawing them out of darkness into Your marvelous light!
You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Matthew 5:14
Dear Lord,
Help us learn from the obvious picture: just as a lit up city on a hill cannot be hidden, we too will shine out when lit up with your abiding light. May we not hide your saving truth! Rather, convict us to be brave with your transforming glory. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
