Psalm 42:1-2
As the deer pants for the water brooks,
So my soul pants for Thee, O God,
My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; When shall I come and appear before God?
Isaiah 41:17-18
The afflicted and needy are seeking water, but there is none, and their tongue is parched with thirst; I, the Lord, will answer them Myself, as God of Israel I will not forsake them. I will open rivers on bare heights, and springs in the midst of valleys; I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land a fountain of water.

My Child,
I am the Living Water. As I pour Myself into you, you will be con- tinually cleansed and purified. I long to revive, refresh, and renew your strength by washing you with My Word. Do you thirst for Me? Then go to the fountain that never runs dry.

Dear Lord,
Remind us that you look at the heart. When we humbly bow our imperfect selves before you in complete devotion, you breathe in and smile at the pleasing fragrance of sincere and radical love. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
