Write any phrases from the selected Bible verses that speak to you:

Take a quiet minute to focus on the underground elements of a tree: the seed, the soil, and the roots. With this in mind, consider the importance of being spiritually planted in God’s rich soil.

Where is your seed planted?

How deep are your roots?

Who's to blame?

"The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord." In all this, Job did not sin or charge God with wrong. Job 1:21-22

Dear Lord,

In time of trial and despair, cause our hearts to trust you even more. May we bless you rather than blame you. Help us to cling to your truths, believing you work all things together for good to those that love you.. (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' Name, Amen.
