O Light of the World,
Cause my children to stay close to You - even when they do not understand where You are leading them. Please give them obedient faith to follow You. Cause their heart to say, "I trust You," each and every step.
Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. But now he has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation--if you continue in faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope held out in the gospel. Dear Lord God,
Once we were enemies, but now we are holy? How can this be? Thank you, Jesus, for wiping away our sin! Please help us to continue in the faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope held out in the gospel. In your Name, Amen.
